All products are made to order and are non-refundable or exchangeable once manufacture has commenced. We always recommend ordering a sample first.

Please check 'your' measurements/proportions/room sizes/choice of product/s and quants are correct before ordering, we cannot be held responsible.

CORNICE

Cornice is sold by the meter so please order the number of meters you require.  (supplied in approx. 3-meter lengths). 

PANEL MOULDING

Panel moulding is sold by the meter so please order the number of meters you require (supplied in approx. 2-meter lengths).

LIGHTING CORNICES 

Manufactured with a smooth top edge. Fixings, insert or support (sub-frame) for a LED strip is not included with this product and will need to be pre-installed before cornice installation. 

CEILING ROSES

Please check if your ceiling rose is supplied in separate pieces.

DELIVERIES

Estimated Delivery/Collection within 7-14 working days, please wait to receive your email confirming your collection or delivery date. 

Direct delivery is to kerbside using our own delivery team Mon- Fri between 7am-2pm.

Please notify of any controlled hours of parking or road access, delivery restrictions when delivering to kerbside, if we are unable to deliver due to restrictions without informing us, we may charge for re-delivery.

Someone will need to be available for signing/accepting the delivery to kerbside within the next 7-14 days, if not it maybe left at kerbside at our discretion or a charge for re-delivery. 

COLLECTION

For smaller orders we recommend collection, please select the ‘collection' option at checkout, free parking in the surrounding roads.

SAMPLE DELIVERY-£16.00

1- 3 samples standard order, to order more, plus £5.00 for every additional sample.

OUTSIDE M25

Our in-house delivery team only deliver within M25. We can obtain from a private delivery company an estimate for ‘Direct delivery-single order’ or you’re welcome to arrange collection from our workshop. 

Collection and Delivery:

All Goods are made to order and delivered to kerbside only and

not exchangeable and not refundable once manufacture has commenced.

The customer/person collecting the goods/order/products/items or signing for the delivery, accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage occurred thereafter the delivery/collection and will allocate a secure space for the order and store as advised below.

Please note that Cornice Store Ltd and Cornice London Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods after delivery, please check your products are in order and correct before signing. Our products are delicate and aim to deliver ‘green’ ready for installation, if packaged please unwrap immediately to avoid moisture. Products should be stored on a flat dry surface and cornice, if boxed together, do not store higher than a boxed pair. Alternatively, it can be stored upright at an angle against a wall.
